Once every 4 or 8 week delivery of a curated, seasonally appropriate variety of 100% local heritage breed pork, grass fed beef, pastured chicken, grassfed bison, and wild caught Alaskan sockeye. Each cut is individually vacuum sealed and frozen.
The total weight varies each month as packages are curated based on value, approx. weight each month is 19-22 lbs. Months that feature more expensive cuts will contain less overall weight. This truly is a “snout to tail” experience, over the course of several months, you will likely receive every cut of beef and pork.
