The pork salami with warm notes of  bourbon impart a rich, aromatic sweetness, perfectly balanced by the vibrant, mildly spicy kick of fresh green peppercorns.

Austere and herbaceous, American-raised Wagyu beef eye round is rubbed with a blend of rosemary, cinnamon and clove before slowly curing for 4-6 months in our aging cave.  

Crafted with fennel pollen, white wine, and our proprietary blend of fresh spices, each bite pays homage to the classic Italian Finocchiona. 

Give your tastebuds a nice southwestern kick with this heritage breed pork salami, seasoned with habanero peppers and orange zest.

Savory and delicious, River Bear Lomo (pork loin) is rubbed with Sicilian sea salt, garlic, hot and sweet paprika and a pinch of sugar, then aged for 4-6 months in our aging cave.

These holiday hams from River Bear are made in Denver from family raised pork in Iowa. Of course, no cages, no drugs, no BS with this ham. 

Uncured, boneless, and really beautiful.

This product is NOT from local, pasture raised pork. The pork is from Iowa, and processed in Denver. 

These hogs are fed GMO free grains, are raised in an indoor/outdoor cage free environment, and are GAP certified.
