The Spice Guy

This spice blend is our favorite way to make wild sockeye salmon, and its super easy. Just rub the pink side of the salmon in this spice rub, and poach it in the oven with a little butter or olive oil. Also works great with pan frying salmon.

The backbone of Nashville hot chicken, and a staple at our house when we roast pastured chicken for sure. 

22 oz of Jamaican Jerk seasoning, beautifully full flavored and mild spice. We BBQ whole birds and wings with Jamaican Jerk, and its just divine. 

This blend features some pretty badass Syrian grown chiles. The most prominent being the aleppo chile flake. This chile has more of a fruit flavor and less of the heat usually associated with chiles. We use this on everything from popcorn to steaks.
