Our smallest box- perfect for 1-2 people who cook meat or fish 4-5 times a month. 

Once every 4 or 8 week delivery of a chef curated, seasonally appropriate variety of 100% local heritage breed pork, pastured lamb, grass fed beef, pastured chicken, grass fed bison, and wild caught Alaskan sockeye. Each cut is individually vacuum sealed and frozen.

The total weight varies each month as packages are curated based on value, average total weight each month is 4-6 lbs. Months that feature more expensive cuts will contain less overall weight. The Mini box includes culinary staples that will always keep your freezer stocked with our most popular items.
