Highland Honey, is a unique unadulterated honey. Unless you have grown up in a bee keeping family, or have friends who keep bees, you have not had the opportunity to experience a truly great honey. This honey is creamed. Meaning it has a sublime creamy texture similar to peanut butter or ice cream. This keeps the honey shelf stable for another 6k years. You will never have to contend with the honey further crystallization.

This spice blend is our favorite way to make wild sockeye salmon, and its super easy. Just rub the pink side of the salmon in this spice rub, and poach it in the oven with a little butter or olive oil. Also works great with pan frying salmon.
